Chef Franco Gallo, originally from Siracusa, Sicily, Italy came to our country to train at the French Culinary Institute in New York, NY. He came to work for the Calandra family in the late 1990s and is now our Head Chef and Supervisor of kitchen staff of both our restaurants, Cucina Calandra and Calandra's Mediterranean Grill.

Chef Alvaro is the Head Chef at Calandra's Mediterranean Grill.




Our Chef Henry(aka"Henry the Pizza Man") is here to fascinate the children (and adults too!)with his skills at making a pizza or flatbread while you watch!
